This is great stuff what you are doing. I have to suggest that if you like Indian vegetarian food, you should try the Flushing temple canteen in queens. Weekends are probably the best. Saturday menu features a mini tiffin with variety of different items. Everything is very reasonably priced.
Oh, I forogot. I guess that will happen when you guys get to the letter i. Something to keep in mind anyway.
Hi! Great website. For Bosnia food you can go to Djerdan 3 in Manhattan. 221 W 38th St
New York, NY 10018. It can be passed as Croatian or any other former Yugoslavian cuisine as well. Other great Bosnia places are Bosna Express http://www.yelp.com/biz/bosna-express-ridgewood which only sells Bosnian burgers or Pasha http://www.yelp.com/biz/pasha-astoria
Bosna and Pasha are owned by the same family. Happy eating!
ohh and for BURMA you have to go to Village Mingala and try their green tea leaf salad! The salad is so crazy and your taste buds will thank you for it!
